Who We Are

Dr. Joanne Halloran, Licensed Naturopathic Doctor

Joanne Halloran is a native of upstate New York.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, where she majored in Spanish and Pre-Medicine.    With an interest in natural medicine, she attended National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon from 1997-2001 and is an Honors Graduate with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.  Her practice involves all patient populations, with a special interest in women's health, cancer, digestive complaints, and skin ailments.  In addition to being a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in Vermont, she has additional training in Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Bowen Technique, and Massage.  She is also a former New York State nordic skiing champion.  She has an office in Saratoga Springs as well as her home office in Mayfield, NY, where she resides with her husband and three children.

Dr. Michael Wayne, accupunturist

Michael Wayne, Ph.D., L. Ac., is a practitioner of acupuncture, Chinese medicine and Integrative medicine and has over 25 years clinical experience as a health provider.  He has a Ph.D. in the field of Quantum-Integral Medicine—a field he has pioneered—which is about the science of emerging properties, and how it relates to the innate healing system and human potential.

Dr. Wayne is the author of the 2005 nonfiction book, Quantum-Integral Medicine: Towards a New Science of Healing and Human Potential, and has written articles or been featured in numerous magazines and journals around the world, and has been interviewed on radio and television around the country.

Dr. Wayne has been honored to receive endorsements from prominent people, including Marianne Williamson and Dr. Larry Dossey. Marianne Williamson said of him, “Michael Wayne has brought us closer to the understanding we need in order to heal ourselves, each other and the world.”  And Larry Dossey said, “A revolution in medicine is taking place, and no one sees this more clearly than Dr. Michael Wayne.”

Dr. Wayne is also the author of a very quirky novel, the 2007 book, The Knuckleball From Hell.

In addition to his writing, Dr. Wayne is the Director of the Center for Quantum-Integral Medicine, and in that capacity gives workshops and speaks to groups around the country.  He is also the founder of the IdeaLab, a thinktank aimed at developing creative solutions to issues in medicine, science and technology, business and the arts.

M'elle Pirri-Lee, physical therapist

M’elle Pirri-Lee, PT is a licensed physical therapist and advanced JFB (John F. Barnse) Myofascial Release practitioner with a private practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in 1996. After graduation, M’elle worked as a Supervising Physical Therapist for Liberty/Montgomery County ARC, working with individuals with developmental disabilities and supervising the PT department. , M’elle began taking seminars in the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release (MFR). Using MFR with the individuals at

, she was able to provide relief from discomfort due to spacticity associated with cerebral palsy. The demands of the administrator portion of her job limited the amount of time she could spend with patients.

While continuing her training with John F. Barnes, M’elle realized her interests lay in the areas of treatment of chronic pain and women’s health. In July of 2005, she began seeing private patients in the evenings and on weekends. In July of 2006, M’elle left her position at Liberty to pursue her dream of private practice. Her practice integrates myofascial release with exercise and self treatment programs in the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and chronic pain disorders.

She believes that the quickest way to reduce pain and improve function is to have patients be actively involved in their treatments, as well as their self-treatment/home exercise programs between sessions.Based in Saratoga Springs, M’elle sees a variety of patients with diverse diagnoses. She also works part time at the Myofascial Pain Relief Center in Paoli, PA and has begun assisting at John Barnes seminars.

Hello from my heart, my name is Toni Sinatra Simon and I am a Certified Hypnotist, Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness by Design coach,  Juice Plus Sales Coordinator, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Reiki Practitioner. Creator of  "Toni's WEIGHT NO MORE."

I currently have an office in Gloversville and Saratoga.

My fitness career spans over a 30 year period. I began as a fitness instructor in the late 70's as a way to shed "babyfat," adding personal training, medical exercise and sports nutrition to my credentials. In my mid 40's I was teaching over 20 aerobic classes per week while running a two story fitness center for women while designing healthy lifestyle programs for men, women and children.

I retired in 2000 and moved to Florida where I studied Hypnotherapy. In 2005 I became a Certified Hypnotist and returned to the Adirondacks in 2007.

Nutrition is a passion of mine as I feel we cannot be our best, feel our best and look our best without dense nutrition....Juice Plus whole food nutrition in my whole food supplement of choice and wouldn't go a day without it. It 's my core nutrition, my safety net so to speak....

I am a member of the International Association of Councilors and Therapists, National Guild of Hypnotists, SIPN (Saratoga Integrative Practitioners Network), Fulton County Chamber of Commerce and Mohawk Harvest in downtown Gloversville.

In my spare time, I teach Pilates, Meditation, Fit Chi and Dance Aerobics.
